You agree that any posts or comments you make in the LES community will remain visible to other paid members even if you cancel your membership, lose access to our Products and Services, or delete your account. Your name and profile photo will still appear on your posts and comments, but your profile page will no longer be viewable by other members.

Recordings and Video Content

By joining and participating in live sessions on the Website, you acknowledge that sessions may be recorded. Recorded sessions will be made available in the relevant space so that members can revisit them.

• Community sessions: Live community sessions may or may not be recorded. Where recorded, they are added to the community video library and are accessible to all active community members.
• Speak Lao Live classes: Class sessions are recorded and accessible only to enrolled classmates and the instructor within the class space. After 3 months, an active community membership is required to maintain access to class recordings.
• Video homework: Video homework submissions, whether recorded on the platform or uploaded, are stored and accessible to classmates and the instructor under the same terms as class recordings. All classmates may view and interact with submissions.
• Community video posts: Videos posted or recorded directly in the community are treated as community content and are visible to all active paid members.

Feedback and Suggestions

By submitting suggestions, feedback, or other submissions regarding the Website or our Products and Services, you agree that we can use, share, edit, copy, publish, distribute, and translate such submissions for any purpose without any compensation to you.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Website, Products, Services, features, and functionality including information, images, videos, documents, audios, software, and design are owned by LES or licensed and contributed to us unless stated otherwise.

Access to any of our Products and Services is granted upon enrollment. Please be aware that live classes and sessions are subject to availability. All Products and Services are for individual use and are non-transferable.

Completion and Certificate

Completion criteria and certification eligibility may vary for each course and will be outlined in the course description. Certificates of completion are issued to users who meet the specified completion criteria.

Technical Issues

You are responsible for ensuring that your devices are compatible to access and attend any of our Products and Services prior to making any purchases. We shall not be responsible for the reliability or speed of any electronic devices that you use, and we will not be liable for any technical issues which may arise as a result of your failure to ensure the compatibility of your devices to use any of our Products and Services. If you do encounter any issues, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we will try our best to assist you.

Purchases and Subscriptions

LES offers various payment methods managed by a payment provider for which special conditions and additional charges may apply. All purchases are paid upfront due to the digital aspect of our Products and Services.

By subscribing to our membership, you acknowledge that your subscription is recurring and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account. To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed before your renewal date. Any charges already processed at the time of cancellation are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your membership until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Due to the digital aspect of our Products and Services, any purchased Products and Services are non-refundable. Certain refund requests for the Products and Services may be considered by LES on an individual basis and issued at our sole discretion.

Modifications to the Services and/or Products

We reserve the right to modify and/or discontinue any of our Products and Services at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of any Products and Services. Please check the Website for the latest pricing. Your continued use of the Products and Services after any changes indicates your agreement to such modifications.

If we increase the price of a subscription, we will notify existing members by email before the change takes effect. You will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies.

Discontinued Services

Resources Shop: As of April 2026, the LES resources shop has been permanently retired. All past purchasers have been sent a final download link for their resources via email. These links will remain active until December 31st, 2026, after which they will no longer be accessible. We strongly encourage all past purchasers to download their resources before this date. After December 31st, 2026, no re-access or refunds will be issued.

One on One Classes: As of December 23rd, 2023, one-on-one classes have been permanently discontinued. It is no longer possible to purchase credits for these classes, and any unused credits have expired. Expired credits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or applied towards any other products or services. No exceptions will be made.

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our Products and Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Products and Services will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may remove the Products and Services for indefinite periods of time or cancel the Products and Services at any time, without notice to you. You expressly agree that your use of the Website or inability to use the Products and Services is at your sole risk.

The Products and Services delivered to you are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from our Website. You may terminate this agreement at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Products and Services, or when you cease using our Website. Termination of this agreement does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts already paid. Our Refunds policy applies in all cases.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms & Conditions, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Products and Services (or any part thereof).
